Located on the campus of the Center for Ageless Living (El Cerro Loop, Los Lunas, NM), our newly built 6200 square foot spa and salon includes spacious treatment rooms and every amenity needed to support an ageless living lifestyle. Our signature services help to reduce the symptoms associated with aging conditions, such as; arthritis, circulation problems, respiratory, depression, menopausal symptoms and grief and loss. Our team of therapists and specialists are trained to provide you with experiences that provide relaxation, reduce stress and offer a peaceful time to contemplate one’s sense of well being.

Healing Treatment Series

Our signature treatments focus on medical conditions that impact our ability to age gracefully and with a general sense of well being. Each of the treatments consists of a variety of modalities that have been effective in helping to treat these conditions. Our signature treatments have been designed by a team of medical professionals including: physical therapists, Doctors of Chinese Medicine, respiratory therapists, acupuncturists, herbalists, aroma therapists, music therapists and massage therapists.

Relaxation and Stress Reduction Treatments

Relaxation and fluidity of the body are essential for an ageless lifestyle. We provide a combination of massage, aromatherapy and meditative treatments that eliminate stress and prepare the mind and body to fully enjoy the benefits of agelessness. Choosing a private massage in one of our seven treatment rooms will reduce stress and better prepare you for the fullness of your life. Or you may choose to share a therapeutic experience with a family member, friend or partner in our couples massage room, with its warming fireplace. To heal the mind, we provide a variety of treatments in our tranquil aromatherapy room that can calm and revitalize. Water is the essence of life, and treatments using water are central to agelessness. We provide a variety of wet treatments, two hot tubs (including a private women’s tub), an outdoor mineral exercise pool and steam and sauna facilities. **Reservations and Cancellations:  We recommend you book reservations in advance.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or gift certificate.  When you schedule an appointment with us no other guest can be scheduled at the time.  No shows or last mintue cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment times and guests that cannot be scheduled.  We truly appreciate your cooperation and request a 24 hour notice for indivual treatments and a 48 hour notice of cancellation for all groups or spa packages.  A $25 charge per treatment reservation will be applied to your credit card or gift certificate for failure to follow the cancellation policy.  A 20% gratuity is added on for parties of more than five treatments.

**Spa Cuisine:  Please no outside food or drinks should be allowed in the spa.  Pre-order your spa meal at time of reservation when possible to ensure meals are served at your desired time. 

**Return Policy:  No cash refunds; unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days for store credit.  There is a $35 service charge on all returned checks.

We also encourage you to continue treatments at home by providing you with a variety of Garden Gate signature products, as well as the line of body and skin products used at the spa for treatments. The Green House Bistro and Bakery

The Garden Gate Day Spa is truly a wonderful place to spend the day. The Green House Bistro and Bakery provides a health conscious menu prepared with many of the herbs and seasonal greens grown in our on-site garden. Please click the “spa food menu” link to the left to see our full menu. Between treatments, you can enjoy our healthy dishes by the fire place in our pool-side outdoor eating area or dine inside The Green House Bistro and Bakery. If you’d like a quite moment you can always find a peaceful place by the meditative pond located next to our gardens. If walking is your preference, the Constancia Acequia provides an excellent path for walking and observing the local bird population. Both the women’s and men’s changing rooms are secure and provide steam rooms. Additionally the women’s changing room has a ladies only hot tub and a private sauna. Our facilities are fully ADA compliant and are easily accessible.  The Spa is a non-alcoholic, non-smoking facility

Yoga and Meditation Studio

Core strength, flexibility and focus learned by practicing the ancient arts of Yoga, and Meditation are essential components of an ageless lifestyle. In spring of 2006 we opened a 1600 square foot Yoga, and mediation studio.
